NO, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CLEAN THE MACHINES! To limit the chances of damage and to ensure proper cleaning please do not clean the machine, we will take care of that!Payment is taken once your items are delivered to you. You may pay by cash or use our mobile interac machine.
POWER: 1 regular house hold power outlet per machine, (3 outlets in total) we carry 50 and 75 ft extension cords, we cannot go further than that from a power source. We will not use your extension cords, we will only use ours!
This checkout system is for confirming your reservation. WE DO NOT TAKE DEPOSITS because if the weather is poor your event can simply be cancelled the evening/day prior if you choose to because youre having an outdoor event. If you need to cancel please call us asap so we can rent it to someone else. I call/txt every customer the day/evening prior to your event to confirm your order, give you an estimated delivery/pick up time as your unit could arrive much earlier and be picked up much later than the time you selected, but never interrupt the time you selected. Our goal is to give you as much time as possible depending on the delivery truck route that day. You will get a confirmation email right away after making your reservation online, check your junk email. If you do not recieve an email confirmation right away please call us. We take full payment when you items are being delivered. Delivery personnel take cash (preferred) or credit/debit cards with our mobile interact terminal. You may also pay by e-mail money transfer the night before to beambouncycastles@gmail.com

WE DO NOT DELIVERY TO Waterdown, Flamborough, Carlisle, Smitihville and further away from the city of Hamilton is not our service area. Any orders placed in that area will be cancelled. PLEASE do not place an order if you are uncertain, call us before you make a reservation!
